Three types of oil hoses work in the temperature of -40°C to 100°C

In the industrial hose page, we have given a brief introduction of oil hose. And the detailed oil hose products will be described in this page. Here we divide the oil hoses manufactured by our company into three types according to the working pressure, namely 10 bar oil hose, 20 bar oil hose and 25 bar oil hose. Absolutely customized products are welcomed.

The basic construction of the three types of oil hoses is almost same. They are all composed of three parts: inner layer, reinforcement and outer layer. They are suitable for the transportation of lead-free fuel, oil and heating oil. They are widely used for all sorts of applications in industry, garages, gas stations and service shops.

Oil hose for the working pressure of 10 bar

10 bar oil hose in -40 °C to +80 °C

Operating temperature: -40 °C to +80 °C.
Safety factor: 4:1.
Inner layer: NBR, black, smooth, conductivity.
Reinforcement: synthetic yarn, wrapped.
Outer layer: CR / SBR, black, smooth, resistant to abrasion, oil and weather effects.

Inner layer: NBR / BR, black, smooth, conductivity.
Reinforcement: synthetic yarn wrapped, copper strip.
Outer layer: NBR / EPDM, black, smooth, conductivity, resistant to oil.

Outer layer: CR / SBR, black, smooth, resistant to abrasion, oil and weather effects.
Application: The oil hose is suitable for the transport of lead-free fuel, oil, and heating oil, and also compressed air.
